OFFSITE EXHIBITIONS - CALL FOR ARTISTS
SLATE Art Consulting brings contemporary art by emerging and mid-career artists to non-traditional exhibition spaces.
We are currently seeking visual artists who like to create big abstract artwork, contemporary landscapes, or large format photography, reside in the Bay Area, and would like to be considered for a solo or group rotating exhibition program that SLATE curates for Class A building lobbies in San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland.
If your work is selected for an exhibition, you will be featured on our offsite exhibitions page on our website, promoted on our social media platforms and in our digital newsletters, as well as considered for SLATE's art consulting projects. Artists featured in solo or group exhibitions will receive a stipend.
Please submit the following to submissions@slateart.net no later than Friday, September 27, 2024.

2. Link to your Instagram and/or Facebook page
3. 10 JPEGs of currently available work (Files size 2MB maximum)
* Please do not submit work that is smaller than 36 x 36 inches.
* Artworks must be currently available for exhibition and ready to hang on a wall (canvas, panel, framed work on paper, with hardware attached).
* Each work of art must not weigh more than 60lbs.
* Label JPEGs: “Last name_title_dimensions_retail price.jpg”
4. Image list (in email or as a PDF) that includes in title of work, size, medium, and retail price.
5. A bio/artist statement and CV.
SLATE will contact you by the end of November if you are selected for one of our 2025 exhibition programs. Please do not contact SLATE. We will contact you. If chosen for an exhibition, SLATE would facilitate all exhibition logistics and sales, including private appointments.
